After taking a health questionnaire and listening to how you feel, I personally make a blend using pure Essential Oils specific to your needs and apply them using gentle massage. The whole session is designed to enhance your physical, psychological and spiritual well-being as it works on your mind, body and spirit. Aromatherapy can help in many ailments, especially those connected to mood and emotions such as anxiety, depression, stress and grief. It can also provide relief from chronic pain & illness, help with digestive issues, allergies, headaches, menstrual problems, insomnia and many more. You will leave this session feeling calmer, more in control and optimistic.
